the employment relationship or complying with legal requirements:
- Government identifiers: Social Security number (SSN), driver’s license number, state identification card number, or passport number.
- Account-access credentials: Username and password combinations used to access Staff HR portals.
- Demographic and background information: Information regarding protected classification characteristics, such as race, ethnicity, or disabilities, collected strictly on a voluntary basis for equal employment opportunity (EEO) compliance and workplace accommodations.
- Precise geolocation: Only if you actively enable that feature in your device settings for timekeeping or other Service functions.
California Note: Staff HR does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by applicable privacy laws. Therefore, Staff HR is not required to provide a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link.

Staff HR does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. Verification process: To protect your security, we will verify your identity by comparing the information you provide, such as your name and email address, with information stored in our systems. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, provided the agent supplies a signed written authorization confirming that authority and verifies the agent’s own identity.
Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control – GPC): Our website recognizes and honors automated browser-based signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser transmits a valid GPC signal, our system will automatically opt you out of advertising and tracking cookies on that specific device and browser.
